Enflux is seeking a detail-oriented and creative Content Specialist with a deep interest in the crypto industry. In this role, you will be responsible for aggregating complex data, transforming it into compelling narratives, and engaging our audience across social media platforms (LinkedIn and Twitter). Key Responsibilities
1. Research & Data Aggregation
- Conduct in-depth research on crypto market trends, protocols, and latest developments.
- Aggregate and synthesize large volumes of information into concise, accurate content.
- Stay up-to-date with industry news to provide timely insights.
2. Content Creation & Ghostwriting
- Produce engaging blog articles, thought leadership pieces, and social media posts.
- Ghostwrite for company executives, ensuring consistency in voice and tone.
- Develop original content ideas aligned with Enflux’s brand and strategic goals.
3. Social Media Management
- Manage and grow our LinkedIn and Twitter profiles by posting regular updates and thought-provoking insights.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments, and foster meaningful discussions around crypto-related topics.
- Track and analyze social media metrics to optimize content performance.
4. Brand Voice & Consistency
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across various channels and content formats.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content accuracy and alignment with overall marketing strategy.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to ensure unified messaging.
- Support the development of marketing campaigns by providing relevant content and ideas.
- Coordinate with design teams to enhance content through visuals and infographics.
Requirements
- Experience: 2+ years in content creation, copywriting, or ghostwriting, preferably in tech/finance or crypto.
- Research Skills: Demonstrated ability to dissect complex topics and present them in a clear, engaging way.
- Crypto Knowledge: Solid understanding of cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, and the broader Web3 ecosystem.
- Social Media Savvy: Proven experience managing social media channels with a track record of increasing engagement.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional writing skills with keen attention to detail and grammar.
- Tools & Tech: Familiarity with content management systems, SEO best practices, and analytics tools.
