Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Executive Office Assistant based in Sofia, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Executive Office Assistant will be responsible for handling phone calls, providing administrative support, ensuring smooth office operations, arranging travel plans, and performing various clerical tasks. In addition to these duties, the role involves setting up and managing Zoho (or other relevant platforms) to streamline administrative operations. The successful candidate will assist in executing office-related duties efficiently while supporting both operational and HR functions.
Qualifications
- High level of English proficiency (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and effective Communication skills
- Experience in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- High level of digital literacy with tools such as Excel, Word and Canva
- Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with Zoho
- Experience arranging travel plans (e.g., flights, accommodations)
- Capability to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant experience in the cryptocurrency industry is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or HR are advantageous
