Role Overview
As a FinOps Specialist at Enflux, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and optimization of our financial systems. You’ll manage the full spectrum of financial operations, including invoicing, payments, and the creation of robust accounting workflows. This position will require close collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance financial processes and deliver superior service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Payments & Invoicing: Manage invoicing, including preparation, issuance, and reconciliation, while processing client payments (both fiat and crypto) with accuracy and adherence to contractual terms.
- Accounting & Financial Process Creation: Develop, refine, and implement efficient accounting and financial processes that streamline operations and improve financial transparency.
- System Integration: Integrate financial data with platforms such as Salesforce (SF) and HubSpot to streamline financial operations and reporting.
- Crypto Payments: Handle cryptocurrency payments and ensure accurate processing for business operations.
- Reporting & Analysis: Generate, analyze, and present financial reports, providing actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with product, sales, and operations teams to resolve financial issues, optimize processes, and support company-wide initiatives.
Requirements
- Financial Operations: Proven experience in financial management, invoicing, and payments in high-tech or finance companies.
- Crypto Familiarity: Strong understanding of cryptocurrency payments and operations.
- HubSpot: Experience with HubSpot and Salesforce (SF) for managing financial data and integrating systems.
- Good Communicator: Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Detail-oriented: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial reporting and reconciliation.
