We are seeking a Head of Partnerships with 4+ years of experience in the crypto industry to expand and strengthen strategic alliances across exchanges, venture capital firms, family funds, and key individual investors. This senior role is integral to driving our Market Making, OTC Investment, Token Sales services, and Liquidity Audit solutions, leveraging an extensive network and proven track record in forging high-impact relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Partnership Strategy & Development
- Identify, prioritize, and pursue high-value partnership opportunities with exchanges, VCs, family offices, and influential individuals in the crypto space.
- Develop a clear roadmap for partnership expansion, setting measurable objectives and timelines aligned with overall business growth.
Relationship Building & Management
- Cultivate long-term, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their strategic priorities and aligning them with our offerings.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of potential partners through proactive outreach, event participation, and strategic networking.
Sales Enablement & Cross-Selling
- Champion our Market Making, OTC Investment, Token Sales, and Liquidity Audit services across multiple partner channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Trading, Product, Sales) to tailor partnership proposals that address specific partner or client needs.
Negotiation & Deal Structuring
- Lead negotiations and finalize partnership agreements that effectively balance mutual value creation and long-term collaboration.
- Oversee deal execution from proposal to onboarding, ensuring seamless integration and a positive partner experience.
Market Intelligence & Collaboration
- Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to shape the partnership strategy.
- Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align go-to-market initiatives, ensuring cohesive messaging and partner engagement.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Establish clear KPIs and performance metrics for each partnership, regularly reviewing and optimizing results.
- Provide executive updates on partnership achievements, challenges, and upcoming opportunities.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in crypto business development, partnerships, institutional sales, or a related field.
- Extensive network in the crypto industry, with proven connections to exchanges, VCs, family offices, and influential stakeholders.
- Strong strategic thinking and negotiation skills, able to navigate complex deals and achieve win-win outcomes.
- Demonstrable success in driving revenue, expanding partner ecosystems, and managing high-value relationships.
- In-depth understanding of market structure, liquidity management, and orderbook dynamics in both centralized and decentralized contexts.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex product offerings to diverse audiences.
