We are seeking an HR & Recruitment Specialist to lead and optimize our human resources and recruitment processes, ensuring seamless operations and attracting top talent to our globally distributed team. This role is critical in fostering a positive employee experience, collaborating with recruitment agencies, and organizing engaging events to enhance our team culture. The ideal candidate is a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented professional with excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for building strong, connected teams.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Conduct insightful interviews to identify candidates that align with Enflux’s culture and values.
- Build and maintain relationships with headhunters and recruitment companies to attract top talent efficiently.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to ensure a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Maintain an up-to-date applicant tracking system and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
Human Resources Management
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and compliance-related documentation.
- Provide guidance to employees on HR policies, benefits, and other inquiries.
- Develop and implement HR initiatives to improve employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Handle onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring smooth transitions for employees.
- Support performance management processes, including reviews and employee development plans.
Culture & Events
- Plan and execute team-building activities, virtual meetups, and company-wide events to foster a strong, positive culture.
- Act as a key point of contact for employee engagement initiatives and feedback.
- Ensure the company’s values and culture are consistently communicated and embodied across all interactions.
HR Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and regulations across various jurisdictions.
- Prepare and analyze HR reports to provide actionable insights and support decision-making.
- Collaborate with payroll and finance teams to ensure accurate processing and compliance.
Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years in HR and recruitment, preferably in a remote or international setting.
- Recruitment Expertise: Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including working with headhunters and recruitment agencies.
- Interviewing Skills: Strong ability to conduct effective interviews and identify top talent.
- Event Organization: Demonstrated success in planning and managing team-building and company events.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with HR and recruitment tools (e.g., ATS, HRIS systems like BambooHR or similar).
- Knowledge: Solid understanding of labor laws and HR compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Crypto Familiarity: Experience in the crypto or fintech industry is a plus.
- Flexibility: Comfortable working in a distributed team across time zones.
