We are seeking a Market Making Sales Consultant to spearhead our consulting-led sales strategy for utility-driven crypto projects and exchanges. This role requires an in-depth understanding of market-making services in crypto, combined with a client-centric mindset and a proven ability to convert established pipelines. The ideal candidate has a strong background in crypto market-making, DeFi, or algorithmic trading system sales, with a track record of closing deals and delivering tailored solutions that drive client success.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert Established Pipelines
Leverage our existing network of leads and prospects to secure new partnerships, focusing on consultative selling to accurately match client needs with Enflux’s offerings. - Client-Centric Engagement
Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the sales process, providing transparent updates on solution capabilities, market conditions, and tailored recommendations. - Consultative Analysis & Recommendation
Diagnose each client’s pain points around liquidity, market stability, and trading volume, proposing Enflux’s Market Making solutions that address these challenges effectively. - Collaborative Solution Design
Work closely with our product and technical teams to design and position custom market-making solutions that align with each client’s unique objectives. - Strategic Deal Management
Oversee the entire sales cycle—from prospecting and pitching to negotiating and closing deals—while ensuring client satisfaction and alignment with Enflux’s growth targets. - Market & Regulatory Awareness
Stay current on market dynamics, competitive landscape, and industry regulations to provide timely insights and refine sales strategies. - Relationship Expansion
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to deepen client relationships and expand Enflux’s footprint within each account.
Requirements
- Industry Experience
- At least 1-2 years in a relevant sales or business development role, ideally within a crypto market maker, DeFi protocol, or algorithmic trading systems provider.
- Proven success in managing the full sales cycle and exceeding revenue targets.
- Technical & Market Knowledge
- Deep understanding of crypto market structure, liquidity management, and trading concepts.
- Familiarity with common order types, exchange APIs, and market data analysis tools.
- CRM Experience
- Experience in managing an internal CRM such as HubSpot.
- Consultative Sales Approach
- Demonstrated ability to diagnose client challenges and present tailored solutions that address specific needs, driving meaningful outcomes for both clients and the company.
- Communication & Negotiation Skills
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear, compelling way.
- Client-Focused Mindset
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Ability to balance client-facing responsibilities with internal coordination and solution design.
